Safari Guides is an independent booking service and has no business relationship or association (partnership, joint venture, ownership or otherwise) with any contractor or other independent operator, person or firm furnishing any service or facility in connection with travel booked through Safari Guides, including but not limited to transportation, lodging or guide services (collectively "Service and Lodging Providers"). Safari Guides has no control over any Service and Lodging Partners. Â Travel booked through Safari Guides predominantly involves travel to third world countries that may expose client to unstable political regions, wild animals, vehicle breakdowns, inconveniences, delays, lack of supplies, and unusual weather conditions, all of which can pose a threat to client's health and safety. Safari Guides does not assume liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss damage as a result of travel booked through Safari Guides, including but not limited to: 1) acts or omissions of any Service and Lodging Providers; 2) defects or failure of any aircraft, vessel, vehicle or other equipment; 3) risks associated with travel to third-world countries and unstable political regions; and 4) contact with wild animals. Client assumes all risk of travel booked through Safari Guides.
Travel booked through Safari Guides involves certain risks and conditions that may necessitate the substitution of facilities and equipment or modification of the itinerary, which may affect the details and timing of travel. For example, the internal infrastructure of certain countries may prevent the delivery of the usual or anticipated standard of service. Safari Guides reserves the right to modify and/or cancel arrangements or substitute comparable facilities and equipment, and makes no warranty nor assumes liability for such cancellations, modifications or substitutions. No refunds can be made for: canceled or modified itineraries; the substitution of facilities, personnel and/or equipment; or for inconvenience.
Safari Guides advises all clients to investigate the area(s) they will be traveling to before booking any travel and again before commencing the trip. It is client's solely responsibility to ensure that he/she possesses the necessary travel documents, health documentation and other documents required for the proposed travel.
Client will defend, indemnify and hold Safari Guides (its officers, directors, agents and employees) harmless from all claims, suits, liability, injuries, losses and damage which arise out of travel booked by client through Safari Guides. Client waives all rights the client may have against Safari Guides related to any loss, damage, injury, death or otherwise arising out of travel booked by client through Safari Guides.
Safari Guides recommends that the client purchase comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation insurance.
Client states that he/she has read and understands the contents hereof this General Terms and Conditions Agreement. No oral or other representations, statements or inducements have been made to client. Client, in rendering payment has accepted this General Terms and Conditions Agreement and is deemed to have executed it for client, for individuals traveling with client for whom client booked travel with Safari Guides, and all of their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, and next of kin.
